Before transmission
You may remove a form from your cart or cancel an order at any time before it is transmitted to the IRS, at no charge. Forms left in "Ready to File" have not been transmitted and are not billed until you check out.
After transmission
Filing fees are non-refundable once a form has been transmitted to the IRS, because the service — electronic transmission as an authorized transmitter — is rendered at that moment. This includes per-form filing fees, add-on fees (such as TIN Matching and Physical Mail), and state filing fees.
Errors and rejections
If a transmission fails on our side, or the IRS rejects a submission for a reason attributable to a platform defect (not to data you supplied), we will re-transmit at no additional charge or refund the affected filing fee. If a form is rejected due to inaccurate data you provided, you can correct and re-file; standard fees apply.
Physical mail
Once a recipient copy has been printed and handed to the mail carrier, the physical-mail fee is non-refundable.

To request a refund for an eligible charge, contact us or email info@e1099f.com with your order number within 30 days of the charge.
